Description
This is one of my better B&W's 4x5 range finder photos. Now it was 10 below 0 when I took this and getting colder. I had a thing for long exposers at the time and well it was winter in Bowling Green, Ohio, which meant Snow, and lots of it. The interesting thing about this shot is I think it took like 10 minutes to expose. And you can kinda see the ghosts of the people who where sledding on it. Now here is another little fact that only people from there would know. Bowling Green, Ohio is FLAT... this is a man made hill on a golf course, and is positively histerical to the over all landscape. I love taking pictures of Mount BG. And this is my fave. Even a photo elitest at my school walked by me when I was mounting it to archival board and said he liked it, and he never liked anything. So I felt it was a good shot. Okay, TMI.

Oh, lovely. The tonality of this is so rich, it looks as if it's a traditional silver photograph.
