Whenever you are low and blue, and bad feelings have gotten you down, simply pin on your happy button, and I think you will feel loads better. You can even push it, as a way to start your own metaphorical happy button. And when you do, think of something happy to shift your mood, out of the negative and into the positive! Go on do it! I know what you are thinking... who blew sunshine up her wazoo and it came out smelling like roses? I'd tell you, but that is something I think everyone needs to figure out for themselves. To find for themselves. I have found a happy place, and I once (recently) heard about a metaphorical "Happy Button," and that I should push it whenever I am low and emo... and when I push I am immediately put back into the happy zone!
